細個時係瘦底,由青春期開始,踏入發育時期,就真係"發肉"啦,仲要係一發不可收拾,直接讀完書後出來工作,都無停止過,最高峰時70公斤,呢幾年深知道長遠落去唔係辦法,唔單止影響身體健康,亦對自己樣貌外型無信心,見到靚的衫同裙著唔到,真係唔開心架,所以為左可以著到佢地,我呢3年斷斷續續減磅耗脂,由70公斤減到60公斤,再由60公斤減到55公斤,主要是由飲食同運動著手,但仍然都係肥,多脂肪,手臂係重災區,好似有對蝙蝠翼,拜拜肉真係可以嚇死人,都係著唔到背心,著唔到自己喜歡的衫,55公斤維持左成年,過去呢年自己好似放棄自己咁,現在想係度出貼作為提醒自己,要的起心肝,從新出發,滅脂行動,要動起來..."我要做到..."

你好,多謝你的鼓勵,咁你而家幾重丫?用左幾耐時間減?我食量唔少架,但主要係食屋企野,澱粉質我無食白米飯幾年,會食下紅米糙米,或者外食時食湯米粉/多士,我會將白米的位置轉左簡中食蛋糕,平時早餐會食恰菜,蒸魚同蕃薯...零食主要係水果同果仁類,放工會散步行3個站搭車,下星期一會加運動(跑步/踩單車)希望修身,可以有膽言量著背心😅

我宜家keep住110左右, 曾經去到101磅, 我都係食紅米糙米, 不過我日日都食, 早餐食麥包
其他蛋糕有糖又有牛油, 唔好過食白米~

你好fit...你平時有無做運動?係丫,我知道蛋糕無益,不過我係蛋糕控,所以簡中都會食,但就揀走奶油,食傳統的清糕或細件的,滿足滿足

我咩都食, 係唔飲有味野/凍野, 多食菜, 少食炸野, 澱粉仲每餐都要食
